2007 Bunya Bunya Chardonnay
 
In 1887 two Bunya Bunya trees were planted in the front lawn of the new homestead. Majestically they still stand tall giving welcome shade from the summer sun. A fine place to enjoy a refreshing glass of this classic award winning Chardonnay.

An elegant wine of exemplary quality typical of the unique Gundagai region.
 
SOURCE
The wine is produced from premium Chardonnay (100%) grapes grown in the Borambola vineyard.

COLOUR
Good youthful colour, with yellow, green tints dominating.

NOSE
Intense tropical and grapefruit nose with vanillin oak

PALATE
Rich full palate showing fresh fruit acidity well balanced by creamy lees contact characters.
