“Borambola was host to King Edward VIII when, as Prince of Wales, he visited Australia in 1920. Known as 'the digger prince', he travelled south to pay homage to the armed forces of Australia. This extraordinary gesture was celebrated with corks popping across the country, nowhere more-so than at Borambola.”
 
THE WINE
This Sparkling is a Blanc d blanc style. Designed for aperitif, Christmas drinks, it is fresh clean & crisp.  Think smoked salmon & oysters.

The wine is produced from premium Chardonnay (100%) grapes sourced from the Orange region.

Good youthful pale straw colour

NOSE
Exhibiting almonds, toast, nuts, apples

PALATE
The crisp apple notes are complimented on the palate by the finesse of the bubbles and the length of flavour
